it's been awhile. that's okay. if you have a myspace you're not really missing much.
so. it's summertime. i am for all intents and purposes unemployed so i've got lots of free time. it's good. going to ohio at the end of the week. everybody else is already in illinois or at yfn. well, almost everyone. and then i'll be gone, so i won't see people for like 2 weeks. yikes. but i'll be having fun in ohio so no worries. in the meantime though, i have to finish this scrapbook of My Life Thus Far. oi.
did you know that Hans Zimmerman, the composer who wrote the [amazing] score for Pirates of the Carribean also wrote part of the score for Spirit, that animation about the horse and the indian and whatnot. alot of it's actually really good.
so i guess you'll all be wondering what's up next for me, as everyone does about just about any graduate they know. (yeah right. like anyone still reads this silly weblog) well, i'll humor any inquiring minds there might be. after the summer i say goodbye to my high school friends, my life for the past 5 years, and my family and take my young self down to the midland/odessa area, there to continue my education at UTPB, (fondly referred to as Peanut Butter) and soak up all that i possibly can from one Christopher Frith & associates whilst serving under said PC as an intern. w00t! so yeah. i'm going to college and interning for PC. exciting isn't it? he's told me some about midland... that plus what i've seen for myself tells me the culture is quite a bit different from Rockwall culture. i'll have my work cut out apparently, spiritually as well as mentally and probably physically. but God is the one taking me there so He'll have to take care of me. i can't wait. it's intimidating and exhilerating at the same time... but we won't see until we get there, will we?
